Lockheed Martin is seeking a senior Engineer Aide to support the new technology development of Electronically Steerable Array (ESA) Payloads and associated new business pursuits in Littleton, Colorado. As an Engineering Aide, you will:

Support Drawings and Engineering Design Changes -review and provide recommendations into the production of Engineering Documentation as well as provide feedback into lessons learnedAssemble hardware at the component & subassembly level, provide input on issues with tolerances and offer viable solutionsWork directly with engineers to support debug and correction of designsConduct testing and collect data for engineering evaluation
Write manufacturing work instructions (MWI)
Provide planner support –Request materials from Stock, Priority requests, Kitting, coordinate with shipping & receiving, and coordinate with machine shops and other on-campus production entities
Basic Qualifications:
Associates degree in a STEM discipline or related experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with in a technical and rigorous environment with engineers and manufacturing personnelDemonstrated ability to work in a specialized environment with strong manufacturing protocolsSelf-Starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitaskBasic knowledge of RF electronics vocabulary, concepts, and componentsUS Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
