|Job Description :||Position Summary:
This position assumes responsibility for developing new and continuous revenue generating partnerships by performing outbound calls to generate leads and bring in revenue generating business within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities or Essential Functions:

Develop and execute strategies to meet growth objectives and execute against the plan.
Create new business relationships including cold calling, market research, event planning, trade show setup, trade show booth operation, and lead generation.
Perform sales associated administrative tasks including scheduling meetings with prospective customers, contact management, quoting, generating proposals, processing orders, collecting customer purchase orders, and preparing summary report of day’s activity and tomorrow’s call list
Manage and ensure the success of FATHOM customers including ongoing account management, customer satisfaction, and account maintenance.
Build long term customer relationships to cultivate accounts and maximize opportunity.
Drive partnerships that meet and exceed revenue targets
Manage direct account base within an assigned territory
Continually develop improvement for sales and processes in conjunction with Sales team and managers

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. Position may require repetitive movements. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Expected Hours of Work
Remote/hybrid: Core days and hours of work are based upon Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. When required to be onsite, punctual and regular attendance is essential.
Ability to travel 25% of the time to attend off site customer visits and meetings within the assigned geographical region.
Preferred/Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, and
2-5 years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying position in similar industry, and
Strong knowledge in the 3D printing industry and engineering/manufacturing applications, and
Experience closing average deal size over $50K, and
Salesforce CRM experience, and
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and
Energy, drive, self‐motivation, and competitive spirit, and
Strong technical knowledge is not a requirement, but must feel comfortable with high-tech exposure, or
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
